Mengawasi akses keluar-masuk dan pengecekan identitas karyawan serta tamu.
Melakukan patroli rutin di seluruh area pabrik.

About the role
As the Product Marketing Manager at PT SIANTAR TOP, Tbk, you will play a crucial role in driving the company product strategy and marketing efforts. In this full-time position based in Surabaya, East Java, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote our diverse range of products and enhance their positioning in the market.
What you will be doing
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support the launch and ongoing success of new and existing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market strategies
- Analyse market data and consumer insights to make informed decisions and optimise marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing techniques to drive innovation

Export Sales Manager

- Identify and target new markets and customers for export growth.
- Develop and implement export strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients.
- Monitor the preparation of export documentation and compliance with international trade regulations & logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Product Development Staff

1. Menyusun rencana kerja dan laporan berkala.
2. Mengelola dan memonitor database tren produk serta produk kompetitor.
3. Menyusun anggaran dan mengelola administrasi pengadaan sampel produk.
4. Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk memastikan kelengkapan data dan informasi pasar.
5. Menyusun hasil evaluasi, notulen meeting, dan progres pengembangan produk potensial (New Product Development).
6. Mengelola arsip serta rekapitulasi dokumen pengembangan produk.
