About the role
As the Product Marketing Manager at PT SIANTAR TOP, Tbk, you will play a crucial role in driving the company product strategy and marketing efforts. In this full-time position based in Surabaya, East Java, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote our diverse range of products and enhance their positioning in the market.
What you will be doing
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support the launch and ongoing success of new and existing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market strategies
- Analyse market data and consumer insights to make informed decisions and optimise marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing techniques to drive innovation
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field within the consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of product development, marketing, and branding principles
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
